Today has been full of LOVE.!!

Hello girlies!

So, I started my freshmen year this week. A lot of you wished me luck, and I needed it for sure! ❤ (btw: I LOVE IT.)

Today was just a great, lovely, amazing day. A couple days ago, I got a package from one of my closest blogging friends, Ashley, which turned out to be a treasure-trove of goodies!

MEH DAY + Exciting News

Hey Curly-Friesss! ❤

Sooo. I thought I might do a short update…with quite exciting news!

My day was pretty tiresome, but this is what happened! I’ll save the news for last.

MY DAY IN A NUTSHELL: 

• I worked.
• I danced.
• I saw a chick that looked like Khole Kardasian.
• I ate chips.

BAM. My day.

AAAaaand on to the exciting news!!!

Drum roll please…… AAAAAAAAAAHH YEAAAAAAAAA!!!

I got over 100 followers. Okay, I know, I know, some people have a thousand or TWO hundred followers. But I’ve been blogging for only seven months and this is a HUGE deal to me!

I’ve decided to prepare a special giveaway to celebrate, so stay tuned for news on that.

In the meantime, I’d LOVE LOVE LOOOVE some suggestions on what to post next. The possibilities are endless, loves.

But before anything else, I’d like to say how much I’m thankful! I’m honestly flustered..I don’t even have a speech prepared!!

Ahem, ahem.

I’d like to thank my mommy and daddy for encouraging me, my friends for supporting me in tough times, and my followers (you, there!) for commenting, liking, chatting, and creating this happy, bubbly community on my blog! ❤ I love you all!

Here’s some facts about me: 

1. When I have a secret, I practically have to super-glue my mouth closed to keep it.

2. I’m FAR TOO TRUSTING OF PEOPLE OKAY. I think everyone’s super-dependable and warm up to others fairly quickly.

3. I love all girly things! Unicorns, ruffles and lace, pink, cute decor, puffy, fluffy stuff, ect.

4. My least favorite food is meatloaf. THINK about it..mushy animal flesh in a bread-loaf shape. It probably doesn’t help that I’m a vegetarian! Bleckkkkk.

5. I adore the words “cream” and “delicate”.

6. One of my most narcissic dreams is to be a model. A MODEL. A super-model. But I’d also love to be a fashion-designer or an artist. And a professional dancer.

7. I LOVE SCIENCE.

8. I think bubblegum is one of the strangest flavors. It’s not honey-ish, or vanilla-ish, or anything-ish…it’s just NOT a natural flavor! It’s weird.

9. I hate bronzers that fade away quickly and leave orange splotches on your face! Ughh it makes me mad.

10. My favorite eyeshadow is Urban Decay’s “Maui Wowie”.

11. AND MY SIGNATURE LIPSTICK IS MAC’S “HOT GOSSIP.” Mwah. Done.

1. What is your favourite hobby? Dancing! I’ve been on a dance team for four years.

2. If you could choose a favourite piece of attire, what would it be? My leather jacket paired with my girliest dress!

3. What is your favourite scent? Freshly cut grass, warm vanilla, the smell of pumpkin pie being baked at Halloween, or that sweet smell after it rains, laced with woodsmoke. Woodsmoke, to me, smells like home!

4. Do you know what true love is? True love isn’t always romantic, and it’s never perfect. It’s just that click, that “right” feeling when you love someone who loves you.

5. What is your favourite piece of advice? In middle school, keep your legs closed, your face clean, and your mouth open to say what’s on your mind.

6. Do you enjoy chocolate too? WITH MY HEART.

7. A place you dream of living at? Italy, or in a adorable, vintage house in Corvallis, Oregon.

8. What is you fear? People hating me.

9. Do you want to learn any new things? Yes! All the time!

UD Fun Palette: Bite-Sized Review

Hehe hey my cutiepies!

This is a palette I purchased recently, that has to be my go-to!

Here…let me explain why….

The URBAN DECAY FUN PALETTE. A festive rainbow of buttery seductiveness! Gorgeous shades for all eye colors!! AUGHHHHH CAN IT BE TRUE? DO MY EYES DECEIVE ME?

For one: The colors are sooooo buttery and light, it’s not like you’re wearing eyeshadow at all! For two: The colors are very pigmented, fun and playful. (I especially love Fishnet for my brown eyes!!) For three: They all go together so beautifully! And PLUS: The packaging is to DIE FOR.

This has to be the most beautiful UD palette I’ve ever seen!! (Besides Naked, of course.)

Nothing says “ooh la-la” more than a flatteringly smudged, rock-star eye, with depth and light in all the right place, fringy lashes, and a full, pouty lip.

You should totally check this out, it’s a steal! Six UD eyeshadows (18 bucks each) for 36 DOLLAS? Hell to the yeah!

Sweet Purple Smoke

Hi starlets and makeup mavens!

This is a look I wore yesterday, and it has to be one of my favorite ones I have ever done. 

The products I used on my eyes were the Urban Decay shadows in “Fishnet” and “Freakshow”, with Sephora Full Action Extreme Effect Mascara on my lashes. Fishnet is a light, buttery almost iridescent lilac, and Freakshow’s a purple matte color that I layered on my crease to give it that slightly smoky effect.

On my skin I’m wearing Dr. Jart SPF 45 PA+++ BB Cream, with Clinique Stay Matte pressed powder on top. :}

And, last but not least, on my lips I’m wearing MAC Cremesheen Lipstick in Hot Gossip!

Just wanted to show ya what I wore, and wondered your thoughts! I named this look “Sweet Purple Smoke” because it’s like a sweet, subtle, slightly smoky eye that looks sort of sultry, but also whimsical and fun at the same time.
