Product Of The Week!

Hey my honey-bunnies.

Here’s a product I’ve been using a looooooot and wanted to show y’all’s. It’s probably my all-time favorite MAC Lipstick, tied SUPER closely with “Brave” and “MAC Red”.

And the product of the week is……. *drumroll*

HOT GOSSIP!!! Whooooooooo! Hot Gossip, you go, girl!

I had this in a few previous posts, but I just needed to share it again. I’ve been wearing the HECKness out of this, fo sho!

I mean…it’s gorgeous. It’s a warm pink with mild shimmer, that can look only slightly cool in some lighting. It’s not “Barbie”, but some ladies say that it makes them feel like a hooker. To me, it’s not too much for everyday, in fact, it’s pure perfection! It’s such a sweet, candy-like color, that’s my signature for day and (sometimes) night!

Plus, F.Y.I, the shimmer TOTALLY does not look at all frosty. In fact, it’s far from frosty. The finish is more creamy and glossy (it’s a Cremesheen), and the staying power is pretty good! But I love to pull it out in public anyhow, so people ask what I’m wearing and I can totally fan-girl over it.

0Aaaand here’s it on meh lips. See? It’s glossy-ish!

It smells great, too, like vanilla cupcakes, unicorn farts, and happiness.

What’s your fave MAC lipstick? :}

DIY 5 Minute Chocolate Cake

Hey my adorables.

Soo…with Valentine’s Day coming up and all…I wanted to share a recipe that is quick, easy and deliciously sweet. Perfect for a cozy night in with your significant other…OR with all your girlfriends, OR by yourself, crying. Haha I’m kidding….

Anyway, here’s the recipe!

WHAT YOU NEED:

  • One favorite mug
  • 4 tablespoons of flour
  • 4 tablespoons of sugar
  • 1 tablespoon of unsweetened cocoa
  • 2 tablespoons of whisked egg – 1 egg is too much, 1 egg white is too egg-ish (NASTYY), 1 yolk is too thick and dense, but 2 tablespoons perfecto!
  • 3 tablespoons of milk
  • 3 tablespoons of oil
  • 3 tablespoons of chocolate chips
  • A drizzle of vanilla

(For a fudgier version, leave out the egg.)

DIRECTIONS:

Add all of your dry ingredients to your mug and mix. Next, add the egg, then the milk and oil, THEN the chocolate chips and vanilla!

MIX IT, and mix it well, girl.

P.S: If you don’t have any chocolate chips, mix in a broken up candy bar. (Which, by the way, is 1000000000000 times more awesome and delicious than boring old chocolate chips.)

And NOW, you microwave the yummy mix in a 1000w oven for 3 minutes, or in a 700w oven for 4 minutes. It may start to rise over the top of the mug, but DO NOT panic! It will collapse once the heat stops.

AAAAAAAAnd ta-da! A yummy cake that’s easy to make. Experiment with fun toppings, or eat it by itself. It’s still delicious ;}Image

This is a recipe I borrowed from Instructables, but I’ve done this recipe many times in the past! It’s super fun.

Enjoy!!! :}
